At BIT, we stand behind every product we
sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 30 days and
we will replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees). All items
must be returned in their original condition. We will choose to repair or replace
products found to be defective within the manufacturers warranty period (or within
12 months if there is no manufacturer warranty) For defective items, we will pay
for ground shipping back to you (continental U.S. customers only). Products no longer
part of our current product line will have to be returned to the original manufacturer
for warranty replacement. All manufacturer warranty terms and restrictions apply.
Please supply as much of the original packaging as possible.
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact customer service at 1-866-235-9100 to receive an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Note: All returns must
have an RMA to get processed.
2. Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on
the outside package.
3. Include a copy of your invoice in your shipment.
4. Ship returns with a tracking number (recommended for your protection).
5. Send returns to:

Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee that can
vary from 15% up to the full purchase price or returned to the customer at the customers
expense.
