Technician (Full-Time)
Installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to client specifications and company requirements. Ensures all functions are completed on time and within budget. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and at least 2-5 years of related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to project manager.
Technician (Part-Time)

Co-op (Sales)
Develops new prospects and interacts with existing clients to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services. Requires a minimum of an associate's degree or its equivalent with 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within telecommunications and phone sales. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
